Liftmaster Wall Control Installation: Compatible Models and Accessories

I know it wouldnt have done anything switching the two. Just wanted to let you know i tried all of the things i could think of. Forgot to mentioned that i tried shorting also which is a no go. The wall mount must be using different signals or strength to get it to go. The garage reaponds to the electricity but it doesnt understand garagdget. Two wires being able to control four functions would need to have signals and not just power running through it. Maybe we can have the relay go off like a signal to get it to work.

In addition to a remote control, garage door openers typically have a hard-wired wall switch inside the garage to open and close the door without needing to use a wireless remote. Similar to a doorbell switch, a push-button garage door switch sends a signal to the door opener to raise or lower the door. If the switch isn't operating the door properly, you can diagnose the problem and replace a wall switch to a garage door opener in a few minutes with some common hand tools.

Liftmaster Wall Control Installation

The LiftMaster 885LM wireless wall control panel works with MyQ garage door openers. The wireless wall control is used as a secondary control panel. The 885LM wall control features a large button to open/close your garage door and a button to turn the garage door opener light on/off.

An automatic garage door is controlled with either the wall-mounted panel or remote control. To open your garage door, all you need to do is push a button on the panel or the remote control. The remote control sends a signal to the garage door opener to open or close the garage.

The LiftMaster 58LM multi function garage door opener wall control panel part number 41A4202A is the same as the Chamberlain 945CB part number 41A4251-3A and the Sears Craftsman 41A4086-1 that is now the 41A4086A. 2ff7e9595c
